FIXTURES, TRIM AND HARDWARE(F-T-H) SUPPLIED BY OTHERS.

• F-T-H are defined as: Electrical, Plumbing, Toilets, Shower Glass, Faucets, Valves, Vanities, Sinks, Vanity Tops, Paper Hangers, Shower or Towel Bars.
• You Select You Supply Price includes the installation of F-T-H only. All plumbing & Electrical fixtures, hardware and amenities to be supplied 
• Contractor shall not be responsible for F-T-H supplied by others and losses due to damage, improper shipping, Manufactured defects and packaging, etc.
• F-T-H and amenities are not the responsibility of DFW RE TEAM + PDH BUILDERS. F-T-H must be purchased and stored.
